Yearly subscription provides:

• Software updates
• Access to product upgrades: Improvements and enhancements
• Support — Does not include software installation or application training. Windows environment and user configuration errors may carry additional fees.

Subscription Renewal

• Subscription is prepaid for 1 year and is renewed on the anniversary date based on purchase date.
• Invoicing will be sent the 1st day of the prior month of expiration
• Software becomes inactive at the expiration date unless payment is made in advance

Important:

If your Subscription expires:

• from date of expiration software becomes inactive
• from date of expiration you will no longer be eligible for any further support, upgrades or fixes
